• Quotes provided through this website or by our team are estimates and are confirmed only upon a signed service agreement and receipt of the applicable retainer.
• Dates are reserved only once the retainer is paid; retainers are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your agreement.
• The full scope of services, deliverables, timelines, cancellation and rescheduling terms are governed by your individual service agreement, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

5. Client Conduct & Cooperation

Delivery of high-quality results depends on reasonable cooperation, accurate event information, and a safe working environment for our team. We are not liable for limitations in coverage caused by venue restrictions, third-party interference, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Subject to the consent terms in your service agreement, WeddingClickz may use selected images and films for portfolio, marketing, competition and social media purposes. Clients may request reasonable restrictions in writing prior to the event.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
